STC 88 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

Welcome to STC 88. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and STC 88 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the STC 88 platform — whether via the website or mobile version — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please stop using the STC 88 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any published changes means you accept the updated terms.

To use the STC 88 platform, you must meet the following all the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout the period your account remains active.
• You are an individual who is located or residing in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• You have never been prohibited from using online betting services by any court or competent authority.
• You register and play solely on your own behalf — not on behalf of any other person.
• You do not have an active gambling problem diagnosis from any healthcare professional.
• Funds deposited into STC 88 must be legitimately earned and must not be proceeds of any illegal activity.

Each player is only permitted to open one (1) STC 88 account only. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. STC 88 conducts background checks and identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) for all new members.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. Do not share your STC 88 login credentials with anyone, including family members. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place through your account.

STC 88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents (MyKad copy, bank statement) before processing withdrawals exceeding MYR 10,000 or in situations deemed to require further verification. This forms part of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures we adhere to.

STC 88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and eligibility requirements that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.

• Each new STC 88 member is entitled to the welcome bonus once only once only.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — is a serious violation and may result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
• STC 88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In any dispute regarding bonus eligibility, the decision of STC 88 is final.

All betting on STC 88 — covering sports such as Malaysia Super League and EPL football, cricket, badminton, e-sports, live casino, table games, and lottery — is subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be amended or cancelled except through the Cash Out feature where available.
• STC 88 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error that causes clearly incorrect odds to be displayed.
• If a match is suspended or abandoned before the minimum game time has elapsed, all bets will be fully refunded.
• In-play bets are final once confirmed — no cancellations are permitted after a bet has been accepted.
• STC 88 reserves the right to restrict or close accounts found to be using betting strategies that abuse the system or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Maximum bet limits may vary by event type, league, or match. Current limits will be displayed in the betting interface.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the STC 88 platform and may result in immediate account closure without any refund of balance:

• Identity fraud – registering using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Money laundering – using the STC 88 platform to process illicit funds or money derived from criminal activity.
• Bet Manipulation – colluding with match insiders, or placing bets based on non-public inside information.
• Use of bots or automated software to place bets, access accounts, or disrupt platform operations.
• Hacking attempts or disrupting the STC 88 technical infrastructure in any way.
• Bonus system abuse – including opening multiple accounts, sharing false referral information, or any technique designed to exploit promotions.
• Threats or harassment toward STC 88 staff or other players.

STC 88 reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in Malaysia, including the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) where applicable.

STC 88 takes the protection of your personal data seriously, in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Your data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with Privacy Policy our detailed policy.

The STC 88 platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, ensuring that all communication between your device and our servers is secure and cannot be intercepted by third parties. Your financial information is processed through payment gateways with PCI-DSS security certification.

STC 88 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may only be shared with service providers necessary for platform operations, or with authorities as required by Malaysian law.

STC 88 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or match manipulation.
• Your own request to close your account or take a gaming break.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, STC 88 is not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, cyberattacks, or natural disasters.
• Technical errors occurring outside the STC 88 platform — such as eWallet failures or the user's own internet connectivity issues.
• Unsatisfactory betting outcomes, as all games are conducted fairly using certified RNG.

STC 88's maximum liability in respect of any individual claim is limited to the net deposit amount made by the player concerned within the 30 days preceding that claim.

STC 88 believes that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of stress or financial hardship. We provide the following tools to help players gamble responsibly:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum limit on the amount you can lose within a given period.
• Play Time Limit: Receive automatic alerts once you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Temporary Break: Suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel that gambling has become a problem.

Members will be notified of material changes via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate action is required for legal or security reasons.

Your continued use of the STC 88 platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
